Card in banner squashed in mobile view

Hi,

I have chosen a sliding banner for the attached homepage and added a title in a card. It looks fine on desktop, but when looking at the mobile view, the card gets squashed and the writing is separated in a jumble. I tried to look into options to fix, but css was not responding. Any chance you could assist, please?

On another note, I have included a CSS code to change the title in the Summary part at the bottom. For some reason when I type the font name "Neue Haas Grotesk Display" a different font shows up. I checked for spelling and it is definitely not a typo. Right now, I have replaced it with "Arial", but for conistency purposes I want the above font. What is not working?

Could you share the CSS you are trying to use for the fonts?
