SSL Not working?

Hello-

Having trouble with my SSL certificate, but not sure why.  I registered through Squarespace and didn't customize any of the settings, as far as I remember.

My url is www.blueridgemobiledetailing.com

Your SSL is registered and active with no errors as you can see here:

That indicates your site has a good SSL, but it can take up to 72 hours to make it through the internet. 

Ok - but my site has been active for at least a couple weeks?

Also, when you use the SSL checker you just linked, if you append "www." to the address, it fails with the error "None of the common names in the certificate match the name that was entered (www.blueridgemobiledetailing.com). You may receive an error when accessing this site in a web browser. Learn more about name mismatch errors."

That is not unusual with www it is the other way around that seems to cause the most trouble. I checked your DNS settings and the difference I found between your domain and mine both hosted with Squarespace is I have a CNAME in DNS settings using www. Make sure you have this under Squarespace defaults. You can add it if not there.

I do have the www CNAME... haven't changed the Squarespace defaults.

Still having trouble with SSL and still have this error on my Squarespace dashboard - 

I haven't heard back from Support yet

It seems to be correct now, both www and without. No not secure warnings.
