Website Banner Code on Blog Posts

I have inherited this site and there is custom CSS on the website which I think it making the main navigation banner look great on the pages.

However, it doesn't seem to work on the blog posts.

Any advice on how to fix this?

If you're referring to the blue stripe, then you need to look through the Custom CSS, and remove this code:
