SSL Certification Unavailable/No workspace verification code

Hello everyone, 

I'm having problems with the SSL certification. It says it is unavailable and that I should update the DNS settings. However, in the DNS setting it asks for google workspace verification code and I have not received the code. I do not know what to do next. I have activated my gmail account and then clicked on MX records and nothing has changed.
