Different text shown when hovering over certain parts of an image

Hi there! This may be a bit confusing but I am trying to make my portfolio more accessible and interactive.

So I have screenshots of a wireframe of an app and I want certain text to show up beside the image when you hover over certain sections of the image. I've already created sections of the images by putting blank image blocks behind the actual image but I'm not sure what code I would use for this. It would be a great help if anyone could point me in the right direction! 

Also would it be possible if I could do this on a carousel image block? If not it's fine, I just thought maybe it would shorten my website page to make it more summarized in one location.
