Unable to process Payment for Workspace reactivation

It's been nine days and after multiple tries  with different bank cards, clearing my cache, verifying with my bank that they have the correct address for my visa card and that they are seeing multiple payment requests and they are, making sure my card number and address linked to the card is correct across the Squarespace platform I keep receiving the following error code

"Couldn't process your payment make sure your payment details are correct and try again"

My payment details are absolutely correct. Squarespace will not do anything more when I told them that I took all these steps.

I desperately need my Google account. My drive holds a ton if work information causing me loss of work.

Can anyone help?
