Hamburger styling menu not showing up with I edit header in mobile view

I want to change the hamburger icon from 2 lines to 3 lines. So I do what I normally to and go to Edit -> Edit Site Header -> select mobile view ->Edit Design

There is no way to change the styling of the hamburger icon - any ideas.

Any help is appreciated.

They changed it a few months ago! After choosing Edit Site Header, click on the element you want to edit and a context-sensitive editor will appear 🙂:
