DNS Setup - Issues receiving e-mails on Google Workspace from some providers

Hi, My domain was registered with Google and it was transferred to SquareSpace some months ago. We recently updated our DNS A record to direct traffic to a new web hosting (Namecheap). 

Not sure if it was coincidence but e-mail started having issues. We are seeing issues with some people being able to reach our web page and some not. I check online and on my PC using nslookup and get mixed results. I can't get to see the webpage but some other people do. It might just be propagation delay, but it seems to be taking too long...

The main problem is that we started having problems receiving e-mails from some providers. I can get some e-mails (if sent from Google, some Government systems), but I tried sending from Outlook accounts and I don't receive them.

In the Squarespace DNS entries I have MX records for google servers, A and CNAME for www and a custom entry for a subdomain.

I do not have any  Google Workspace Verification entries

Anybody know if I may be missing something that might make Outlook not reach my servers?
