Issue with Squarespace payouts after owner transfer

Recently finished a site and transferred the site successfully to owner. After the transfer owner cannot add banking information to complete Squarespace payouts. Although I am no longer the owner of the site I still have administrator access and can add banking information, but owner cannot. Is there a reason for this? How can I solve this to where owner has the ability to add his or her own banking information?
