Has anyone had any problems with Square Refresh?

Hi,

I purchased a template from Square Refresh but never received it.

I have tried to contact them via their online forms & direct email since mid July & not a single soul has responded. 

I'm taring my hair out!

Has anyone else had any problems with them?

Hi! @katrb You're not alone! I purchased the mega menu plugin and it's not working on my client's website. More than that, I've reached out around 6 times in the span of two months and have had 1 reply from them. They've ignored all my following messages. Feels like a scam, quite frankly. What a bummer!
