Mak111vn
I BADLY NEED YOUR HELP, I was editing a client's website and I added a code block to hide the footer and header when I published an under construction page set up as temporary homepage. I realized based on some of your advices that I added the code block to the footer then I was able to remove it thru the Safe mode version of the site. Now I don't know why but it's still not well. Only used codes to remove those portions of the page. Please HELP. Site is coppolahouse.com Link to comment
derricksrandomviews
http://springtail-porpoise-rrks.squarespace.com There is still a snippet of code taking down your header. I am not as experienced with examining Custom CSS as many here. I am sure if Paul2009, Tuanphan, Ziggy, or others inspect your site, the code causing this will be discovered. Link to comment
melody495
@Mak111vn I can't see any code for hiding the header and footer. Have you tried looking in the page setting? Next to the page, click on the cog wheel for settings > click Navigation > check that the Show Header and Show Footer are checked (green). And double check your Code Injection both page and site-wide to make sure the code is not there. -------- > 👆 <---------- Please quote or @ me when replying, or I won't get a notification Melody | Squarespace Nerd e: melody@melodylee.tech 💻 💁♀️ 1-2-1 Squarespace Training session <- feeling stuck and want to learn? 👩💻 💁♀️ Website help <- send me your to-do list.
