Domain Doesn't Work | None DNS Custom Records | Unable To Add Squerspace Defaults Presets | Google Email Stopped Working

Hello Everyone, 

I have got a problem with my website and its domain. 

It's a 5th website that I have created on Squerspace (for myself and my clients) and I have never had a similar issue before. 
All my domains I purchase from GoDaddy and all emails I buy from google workspace directly. 

When it comes to the current website (carillon-caribou-p6sz.squarespace.com) that I am having a problem with - I already tried few good times connect the GoDaddy domain and even though the domain has been finally connected, then it still doesn't work. I already have contacted GoDaddy customer service, but because there are none DNS settings on squerspace then they asked me to contact Squerspace customer service as they are unable to help from their end. 

There are none DNS custom records (the page is empty) and when I try to add preset "Squerspace Defaults" then a message following message shows up: "Squarespace defaults couldn't be added - We were unable to add these records. Try again later. If this problem continues, contact Customer Support."

As soon as the domain has been lets say 'connected' the google email stopped working either and every email a customer tries to send to that email address - it fails. I saw that I could add another preset which is called "Google Workspace MX" but again I see the following message:  "Google Workspace MX couldn't be added - We were unable to add these records. Try again later. If this problem continues, contact Customer Support."

Sadly, on squerspace there is not such a thing as 'customer service' and whenever I try to have a Live Chat then I get a message that they are receiving a large volume of chat requests and that I suppose to send them email.

Do I did. I sent them an email describing my problem 5 days ago and I am still waiting for the reply... I am truly disappointed when it comes to the squerspace customer help... As it looks like there is no help and I keep paying my monthly subscription for a few months already for the website which doesn't work at all. However now, the matter is even more urgent as it was before because my husband's customers are unable to reach out to him through the email address provided on his business cards... 

I don't know what else I could do...
