How to Make a button disappear when you click it and then it show text where the button was

I'm wanting a solution to make a button disappear when you click it and then it show text where the button was, specifically on a Meet our Team page of my website. I have the page and it shows like 12 different employees pictures and then their name and job title underneath. Then under that I have a button that says Read Bio, I want a way for this to work so when we click it, it disappears and shows the bio underneath the picture.
