Adding in a subscription https code from a marketing email software

Hi,

I suspect that this is something simple but I am new to doing coding on squarespace. I am looking to add in a newsletter sign-up form from a marketing software program.  I believe that I need to use a code block or an embedded block.  The code looks like this https://app.cyberimpact.com (I have cut off the specifics because it is a long code).  Can anyone walk me through how to do this?
