Offering a multisubscription discount

We have a platform with educational videos that are accessible via a subscription model. We have had inquires with people wanting to purchase multiple subscriptions to cover all the members of their team and would like to offer a group discount. Right now, we're just offering a discount code if people email us about it, but there are several problems with this:

1) Group members all have to register separately (and once the code is given, we have to trust that there really will be that number of people who sign up)

2) The group discount would persist for anyone who uses it at signup, even if all the members of the group don't renew

3) Having to email us puts extra work on the client and on us.

Is there a way to offer a group subscription at a reduced rate that would link all the group members together (and thus only offer the discount if those conditions were met) so that one person could sign up their entire team at once and would ensure that the group conditions continued to be met?
