WCS
I have a client that wants a redirect for one specific service product. Client will purchase and then it will go to a "thank you" page with more information. Is that possible? Everything I'm seeing doesn't allow for a page to be specified. I have encouraged her to do an automated email instead, but just in case, I thought I'd ask! TIA. Edited August 13 by WCS Did I help? Click 👍 or mark it as the solution! There isn't a feature that you can just toggle on 🙂. The script will need to extract the JSON data and, when the promise is fulfilled, extract the SKUs and take a decision to redirect (or not) based on the product details. For a service product (or a physical or download product), the code will need to be injected into the Order Status page. For the benefit of others, if it were a gift card, membership or subscription, the code would need to be injected into the Order Confirmation page instead. That all said, I agree with you - an automated email is a better idea. I say this because the script would need ongoing support and maintenance or it would be likely to break whenever Squarespace make a change to the post-checkout experience. Did this help?
