Looking for a self serving conference room app

I'm looking for a plugin or application that allows a user to self-schedule a block of time for recording. My client is opening a studio and wants her clients to be able to book the amount of time it would take to record and have payment integrated.  

For example, Client A wants to book a time from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. to record. Client B wants to record on that same day. However, they see the morning time is booked up, so they want to schedule themselves from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Is there something like that out there?
