How do you get help?

I'm facing a critical issue with a domain that was transferred from Google Domains to Squarespace. Here's the situation:

1. The domain was transferred during the Google Domains to Squarespace transition and had some old settings and attributes from the original Google Domains settings - including an old email for notifications. 
2. The domain has since expired and I've been trying to renew the domain for over 9 hours now.
3. I've been in contact with Squarespace support via chat.
4. The issue was escalated, but I haven't received any follow-up in 9+ hours.
5. I've asked for a manager to reach out, but that has not happened either.

This is urgent for us as we're a bio-research company working with international researchers to develop life-saving therapies. Our domain is crucial for our communication and operations.

Has anyone experienced similar issues or have suggestions on how to expedite this process? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
