And this is the issue I'm talking about with SquareSpace and Spacing

There is no space issue on the web version, no space issue when I preview it on the webversion mobile, but when I open up safari, chrome on the iPhone, there is all this phantom space and I still haven't seen anyone from the development side come in and say a word about this, only you all in the forum who have been kind enough to try and figure it out.  This is ridiculous.  I'm never going to be able to go live because SS is extremely inconsistent.  I have not a code on my page, I've removed all CSS and All page injection codes so I am down to bare bones and this is what I get.

I am going to ask this here and if you can't answer this or feel it's inappropriate that's fine.  But can someone recommend another provider (like wordpress or someone else), where I can convert this and if I have to start all over then so be it.  I just can't continue with this frustration of SS.

In response to this, have you contacted Squarespace Support about this issue you are having? As per forum guideline, Squarespace does not monitor bugs on the forum, all problems need to be reported to Squarespace Support. This is a peer-to-peer forum, it is full of useful resources and helpful users(!), but not intended as a bug-reporting platform.

Maybe I wasn't clear so I will be more clearer.  So (a), yes, I know that this support does not monitor this forum.  I posted this so if someone else had this problem and may have had a solution then perhaps they would be nice enough to share it and (b) though I did not state this , I have been reporting this to no avail.  But I apologize that I bothered you and it won't happen again!

@MoeTalks your website is password protected. If you share your password, we can take a look.

My initial thought is that if you don't have any custom code, then it would be strange to be seeing the issue in your last screenshot. But would have to see to be able to investigate.

Did you use Fluid section or Classic? on Fluid mode you can switch to mobile view and change the extra spaces in text block if there is

That's just my guess, so it would be helpful to see your site URL in action

Go for it.  The passcode is 1695.  I'm unlocking it right now because I am actually in the middle of responding back to support.  the webpage itself is fine, when I look at it on the mobile it's completely and utterly and dismally off! I've just corrected most of it.  I have no CSS at all and it's still wrong.  I have had spacing issues with SS since day one and I'm exhausted and drained of this.  I've edit the page wide, but then it makes the text box double up and I then have to to through each text box and fit it.  I can't get paragraphs to be equally spaced due to squarespace system so I have to put text all in one text box.  Then I'm told no I should break it up but then it moves when I edit it.  It's 1:28 AM and I should be in bed but i'm correcting what truly is a very simple site.  Pics and videos, that's it.  I'm using fluid engine I'm using because using 7.0, I cannot control the the spacing of the section/container and even when I got into inspect, I cannot seem to target that.  I have now corrected everything that was wrong but still the inconsistencies.  I have just changed the spacing for that particular block but to no avail.  I do have code blocks but they are page jump links to get to the section faster and that's not it because this was since day one.  I can't win with this.  I can't win.

SS has given me an answer and it's not my fault it's on there end.  And since I have adjusted the space of the text blocks there is nothing they can do, so I will have to just advise people not to go to the mobile site if I decide to continue with SS. I have redacted some the portion that was just meant for me.  image.thumb.png.a92ec0aa2142c1e5c77755f22f17d17c.png

Thank you all for your support over these past few months.  I've asked tech support for a full refund since I have not been able to publish my site because of all the inconsistencies that SS has.  The response from Darius X. telling me to decrease the hight of the text block is the one of the most stupidist things I have ever heard of in my life because since he was given the code to the site, he would have clearly seen that there is NO text block that need to be manually adjusted.  The extra space that come out of nowhere and their email to me admitting there is nothing they can do for me is a breach of services.   And, I've explained to him that while it looks fine on the desktop and mobile desktop versions, this spacing issue only shows up using an actual iPhone/Android and I have had several friends try and they get the same thing.  I did discover that if I turn my site landscape, all the spacing issues disappear, but it should work in landscape or portrait.  It's weird but i'm no longer frustrated at this process anymore I just gave up.  I'm going to get a wordpress teacher and start from scratch.  I said all that to say thank you though to all of you who have put up my my complaining.  I'm going to do everything in my power to get my money back and move on.  You are all very much appreciated.
