messaging apps vs no-reply email

Friends - my client is receiving emails through the contact form I set up. However, he's a public figure and would like to respond without using a personal email address. He's asking for a way to respond to messages via the website. I'm looking for input on a user friendly solution. Can anyone recommend a very simple/straightforward messaging app he can use via the website? Or maybe a no-reply email would be better? I appreciate any thoughts!!

However, this might not be suitable for all types of messages. The process can work like this: you redirect the contact form messages to your client's social media account, and they can directly respond from there.

So, if the message volume is high, a dedicated platform will be suitable. If the messages contain sensitive information, a secure platform would be more suitable.

All in all, a no-reply email with a dedicated response email is often a simple and effective starting point. If the client requires a more sophisticated solution, a messaging platform can be explored.
