Squarespace hosted websites are not loading on a few ISPs in certain Indian locations for the last 4 days

None of Squarespace hosted websites are loading on certain ISPs (Jio Mobile, Jio Fiber, BSNL, Hathway) in India, at multiple locations in the country for the last 4 days. I have tried multiple Squarespace hosted sites, at least 10 of them, from different browsers, devices, locations. All have the same issue. 

Other ISPs like Airtel, VI and few other are perfectly fine in all locations. This happens only on the above ISPs at certain locations in the country. 

My squarespace site is www.insightful.in 

It's not working on mine either. I use Airtel on my phone and Jio at home. Cannot open any Squarespace-hosted websites (tried my own website and tried other people's website). It's working when I use Airtel on my mobile tethering or when I use Airtel somewhere else (friend's home, cafe, etc.) 

@Squarespace - why is this happening? Is there any solution to this?

I am facing the EXACT same issue too. 

I just realized that I've been experiencing the same issue. I don't know how long this has been going on. I have my portfolio on the website, and I've applied to various companies. This is frustrating. 

It seems like Squarespace is not taking a stand on this matter. What should we do about it?

This is happening to me too but if it’s working with other ISP’s I don’t see this being a SS issue, wouldn’t it be a jio issue? My only thought is that maybe they restricted SS sites over Independence Day for some reason. 
 

I don’t really have any solutions though 🥲
