Custom Script Font not working

I have been trying to upload my custom fonts and 2 have worked but the 3rd- Gold Lines script font will not work. I have tried uploading as a ttff, woff and otf but none of them are working. The code I have used is:

@font-face 

{ font-family: ‘Script’;

src: url(https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5c90057f4d871189c53856bf/t/66b7cbd124f1a659c5333977/1723321297664/Billion+Calligraphy+-+Personal+Use.otf); }

h3 {font-family: 'Script';}    

Can anyone help me as to why it's not working?!
