Additional info section "apply" button disappears after scrolling down and does not return.

I'm having an issue on my tablet where, when I go into the settings, I can't go back or save because the top part of the settings screen scrolls up too high and disappears behind the browser bar. This only happens on the tablet. I've tried using five different browsers, but the problem persists. The support team says it's a bug, but maybe someone has a solution or workaround?

I'm posting here for the first time, so I hope this is the right place and question for the forum.

I think your appy button is still there but because of SS's poor UI it gets scrolled out of view.

You'll note that there are two scrolling elements here and you have to scroll both of them to the top to see the apply button.
