How do I shrink the space between these sections??

I'm trying but failing to shrink the padding between a couple sections on this page: https://www.pdxdreamhouse.com/moving-to-portland

My main concern is the space below the images and above the 4-column section. I've tried changing the padding using the following with no success: 

[data-section-id="yui_3_17_2_1_1723312182212_67"] .content-wrapper {
    padding-top: 2px !important;
    padding-bottom: 2px !important;
}

Any tips are greatly appreciated! @tuanphan, I copied that code from an answer you gave to a similar thread a while back, but I can't get it to work. Maybe I'm doing it wrong?
