Transferring G-Workspace to other domain

I need to transfer my google workspace to my newly-on-squarespace-bought-domain. According to Squarespace itself, I HAVE TO contact support to get it done. 

Quote: "However, the administration of the Workspace account won't automatically migrate from one site to another. The normal process is to contact Squarespace Customer Care so they can move the Workspace account from one site account to another."

Hours of troubleshooting, googling, finding out it's not a google thing, automatically transferring me to Squarespace if I follow the steps to fix it that google recommends, etc.

I've been requesting SUPPORT from Squarespace. The live chat doesn't work and the email support didn't answer for a week now. Usually they say it takes 24h but currently they have "too much to do".

So basically you're saying that this is IMPOSSIBLE for me to accomplish?

These people are not nice let alone helpful or understanding in anyway.

They are a business owners worst nightmare and a shell of a company that lies by omission.
