RoW
Hi there, I don't want customers to have a Customer Signup presented to them on checkout, but when you click the 'ADD TO CART' button the form is still displayed, even though the settings for 'Email Signup' is turned off. Screenshots attached. Can you tell me why this is still showing up? Edited August 9 by RoW typo Link to comment

Solution paul2009 Posted August 10 Solution Share Posted August 10 10 hours ago, RoW said: when you click the 'ADD TO CART' button the form is still displayed As you haven't provided a link to the website, I can't categorically tell you why this is happening. That said, this looks like a Custom Product Form that you've enabled for the Product. To check, edit the product, scroll down to the Checkout section and click Custom Forms. Did this help? RoW
Thank you Paul! The sign-up form was applied to an individual product. It's now resolved. paul2009 1 Link to comment
