SamHappnin
Hi, I was wondering whether it is possible to make a summary block scroll past the screen like a scrolling block. I found such an example here --> https://www.generalcatalyst.com/perspectives under the title: "In the press". Whenever the mouse hovers on top of it, the scrolling pauses, the targeted post is highlighted and with a click it links you to the connected article. I don't know if this has been done with Squarespace but I'd imagine with similar functions already existing in Squarespace blocks, this should not be impossible. All the tutorials on auto-scrolling summary blocks seem to highlight the function of scrolling directly to the next element in determined time intervals. Continuous smooth auto-scrolling seems to be available for image galleries with a custom CSS code. I've not been able to conjure up a code that gets the summary block behaving as in the example linked previously. Is there a way to do this successfully with a third-party plugin or a custom code? Thanks for the help. Link to comment
