SEO Navigation changes saved but not coming up on searches

I've recently updated the SEO navigation text on certain pages but, even though it's saved, it's not recording and still looks terrible - see example where it says Services 1 and then has odd text below when searching.  I've deleted my cookies and checked on a friends phone and it's not updating.  What am I doing wrong?  

Thanks so much.  I made the changes yesterday so I'll wait a few days.  I wasn't aware that there was a time lag and really appreciate your guidence.

Unfortunately, this issue is still happening therefore the issue with Google not updating seems to not be the problem.
