Cancelling my subscription

Hi -

I've been trying to cancel my subscription inside my 14 day refund window. I get an error message when doing so. I've tried everything I can try : clear cookies, roboot computer, change browswer, change computer. I've been on this for many days. 

I sent a message to the support team as the problem may be on their side.

Anyone has gone through this error before and have a solution for me?
