editing a element in header

I am trying to edit an element in my header. i am having a hard time editing the "home, about, online journals, and submissions". is there any way to center that, and also change the font for those

#2. Center: Can you share site url?

You can click Site Styles icon on top right

Then click Arrow in Fonts

Choose Assign Styles

and change font in Site Navigation
