Specific employee's Google Meet links do not work in scheduled appointments

Hello,

One specific employee has an issue where the appointment Google Meet URL does not start a meeting.  It says "A Google Hangouts Meet link is being created. Please check back later."  This issue does not exist for our other employees.  Why do the google meeting invite links not work for this one employee?

Hey Brian,

This typically happens for us when a staff members Google Calendar hasn’t been integrated under the “syn calendar” tab. 

If that step has been completed, go to your Google meet in the integrations tab and click settings and be sure that the employees calendar in the drop-down beside their email address is the correct calendar.

How do you get an employee's name/calendar to show up in the "sync with" section in the Google Meet integrations area?  We had an Acuity admin whose name is not there, so we cannot sync his Meet.
