Title text in forms being squished/new line for each word and Unable to rearrange fields in order on form

Hi ive attached a photo of the issue, but essentially each word is a new line for some of the form fields not all. It also only appears like this on the mobile site.

Also I cant rearrange the form fields in the order i would like. Everytime i hold the field down (the six vertical dots on the side) and drag it abruptly stops preventing me from rearranging it. This has been an issue for months.

Looking at the screenshots, it appears that you may have some custom code installed on the site. Have you tried removing this to see if it solves your issues? If yes, what's the domain name and which browser are you using?

Hi thanks for responding! yes i do! i have one to allow a button within the form that people can upload photos. I know nothing about codes but I found how to do it years ago and its been there ever since. The problem is i cant remove it because i need it for the photo uploads 😞 The domain is naiwiththeneedle.com or nwtn.squarespace.com and I am using safari. The button is at the bottom of the home page labelled “submit an inquiry”

Hi! I applied this solution and it fixed the text going on different lines, thank you! Ive taken out the code and replaced it with squarespaces file upload option however I am still having trouble with rearranging the form fields. Any solutions for that?

I don't have any idea why your field order cannot be changed, but I did note that your screenshot doesn't look like the editor on my sites (where my grab handles are on the left, not the right):

Do you have the same issue if you create a new Form Block? If so, it may be worth reaching out to Customer Support to see if there's an issue with Form Blocks on your site.
