ryanx Posted August 6 Share Posted August 6 i updated my credit card info under the payment tab but it is not being saved on squarespace. As a result I cant renew my subscription. Could someone please help me. How Can I renew my subscription. The help button does not help at all. I just want to add my new credit card info and then pay and reinstall my subscription because my ads are not running Link to comment

cookhouse Posted September 27 Share Posted September 27 I have been having this problem all day. I have tried different cards, with different addresses. Different computers, browsers, etc. Nothing has worked. The chat is unavailable, and the email support told me to call me bank, this has nothing to do with my bank or account. I have used this card before to upgrade sites. The card is working everywhere else. Link to comment
