Anita_W Posted August 6 Share Posted August 6 We have faced 1001 errors after moving our domains to Squarespace, it has been months since we were figuring it out with our Web hosting provider's senior support because Squarespace support told us that the issue comes from our web hosting provider. Until we decided to reach out to our previous domain provider and figured that the issue was in our Squarespace nameserver. The support hasn't even helped us or investigated further regarding our issue. This is a very terrible experience, if we only knew how to fix something like this we wouldn't even bother contacting Squarespace support, they aren't helpful. Link to comment
