Removing a code on the top left corner of my website

Any one has any idea how to remove the code at the top left corner of my website?

Enquired with Squarespace customer support and they said it is likely to be caused by custom code added to the site. However, I did not add any custom code to the site. Any help will be kindly appreciated, thank you!

I did a native search for that "code" on Bing and Google and your site popped up on page 1. Google also tells me that it may be a part number belonging to an Epic push-pull digital lock and that number may be on an image.
