patriceacer
I know this probably doesn't belong here and may be a silly question but I didn't know where else to post this question... I received an email from SS for a subscription renewal notice for one of my clients and I noticed that the website in the email is the funky SS address and not the actual domain for this site. (see attached). Is this the way SS sends these emails? It would be much easier if I could see the actual site domain in the body of the email rather than on having to click on it to find out which site it's referencing. Link to comment

patriceacer
Ah ok, I'll have to look into doing that. I thought the internal domain would change automatically when the real domain was added. Thank you! paul2009 1 Link to comment
Solution paul2009 Posted August 5 Solution Share Posted August 5 You're welcome. Squarespace will always refer to the built-in domain so it's on my client site checklist to always change this at the start of a project. It can make the admin easier at later stages 🙂. patriceacer 1 Me: I'm Paul, a SQSP user for >18 yrs & Circle Leader since 2017. I value honesty, transparency, diversity and good design ♥.
