Can SQSP sites be BACKED-UP externally (off the SQSP platform?)

Good day 🙂

I built a SQSP site for a client.

Is it possible to back-up their SQSP site off the SQSP platform? My client is moving their SQSP site, 3rd party scheduling app, 3rd party payment gateway app, 3rd party email provider, etc to the all-in-one platform called Course Creator 360.

They will be ending their SQSP subscription.

Can the existing SQSP site be backed-up externally off SQSP as a security measure?

Thank you!

In a word, no. However, I’ve documented some ideas and workarounds in How to backup a Squarespace website.
