I need help and have not heard back from the email team.

I purchased a domain from squarespace.
Long story short, i'm changing the business name so i've purchased the other domain. In the process i purchased the "business plan" so i could go ahead and build my website. 

2 things:

The site im building is on trial site and i cannot for the life of me transfer the site and domain to the business plan. 
And secondly, im trying to connect the google email but it keeps wanting me to click a plan and pay. 
NO HELP from help desk. What is going on... 

Your help would be great!!

First, you cannot move a domain to a trial site. Without moving the domain, you can't change DNS settings for that site. You have to have an active billing plan.
