Course option on the price plan in another language?

Hopefully I can explain this correctly! 

I sell courses via my Squarespace website and I want to replicate the same course but for example in Spanish so the videos throughout the course all have Spanish subtitles. There is no option in the price plan to be able to select the course in Spanish. 

I cant figure out how to seamlessly create a course in other language without my website having lots of pages and headers with course language options. 

Looking for advice on the most effective way to create this. 

I could sell the course on the price plan subtitles which say course available in Spanish and then maybe within the course pages add a link to the subtitled video which can be on a separate page in my website?

Is there a better solution?
