How to stop video from top section from appearing behind header?

Hello - 

When adding a video background to the top section, it appears behind the header.  I want the entire video to appear below the header so the mom and baby's heads are not behind the header.  See attachment. Support says there is no way to do this.

I tried to add another section above that section, but then I have a huge gap between the header and the video.  2nd Screenshot.

How can I get the video to fully appear in the section below the header and not have anything behind the header?

UPDATE - 

I added a margin to the section.  We will see how that works:

That's pretty much what I would suggest, but you also want to remove the padding like this:

section[data-section-id="66abf60d5f6d85786269d03a"] {    
  padding-top: 0 !important;
  margin-top: 151.812px !important;
}
