Hello,

I made a site on Wix with the domain transfer process. 48 hours passed after the domain transfer process. I have published my site, but my site does not open. I need to turn off DNSSEC. And I don't see a button. Can you help me please ?

Thanks

Hi @gurkan and @mcolacciTORQ, thanks for posting here!

The toggle to disable DNSSEC only applies to domains using Squarespace's built-in DNSSEC. If your domain uses third-party DNSSEC, you can remove the DS record, instead. For more information about DS and DNSKEY records, see our guide:

Adding custom DNS records to your Squarespace-managed domain - DS and DNSKEY records

If you have additional questions or encounter any trouble, you can contact our Customer Support team directly, here:

I hope this helps!

Hi - i also have the same problem. Need to turn off DNSSEC on my domain to setup Cloudfare but can't since there's no toggle.

May I know how I can turn it off then? And if my DNSSEC is not built-in by squarespace, does that mean I'm using a third-party? If so, how can I tell so I can turn it off?

Thank you.

Im having the exact same issue. Wix site.. published it, its not appearing, Wix says I need to disable DNSSEC. Squarespace article says I can toggle it off, but there is no toggle. My domain was transferred to you from google, so I assume the transferred domains aren't using your built in software. However, I just tried the above suggested step of deleting it from the DNS records, and it didn't work. Its still showing enabled. How long after deleting it is it supposed to stop?

Hi @hathor777  I have the same issue with my Wix site. WasIMG_0094.thumb.jpeg.074d86e4d0740f7791dcb9e7d5205050.jpeg your issue resolved after deleting the the DNSSEC from the DNS records. If so how long did it take? I don’t want to delete something and then need it and can’t get it back. I took a screenshot of it.

Is this what I am suppose to delete?
