Kindly ask for feedback on my site

Hello,

I just went online with my first site christianbuecken.de .

The text is in German, still someone might be able to provide some feedback.

Thanks,

Chris

Hello!
I like your website! I’m sorry I don’t speak German, but I reviewed the design in English. Here are a few things I believe could be improved to enhance user navigation:

- I miss seeing more images. Perhaps you could reduce the text a bit and add some photographs.
- I find it a bit odd that the image is semi-transparent on this page: https://www.christianbuecken.de/about
- On the contact page, I would leave a bit more space between the two columns: between the text on the left and the form on the right.
- I would make the "New Managers" and "Vision Coaching" pages a bit different so they don't appear the same at first glance.

I love how you’ve handled the language translation. Did you use Weglot?

The colors are also very well chosen!
I hope my feedback is helpful.
Best regards!

Hey!

Here's a few suggestions -

- The top section of your home page is the most important section of your entire site. It's your only chance to hook the reader so that they continue reading. Adding an image, using an eye-catching font, and having text that clearly/quickly explains what you do is the way to hook people.
- Try not to hyperlink words like "here" - it's bad for SEO... instead, you could say "book an appointment (hyperlink that) for a free initial consultation" and avoid using "here".
- Right now the home page is very text heavy. Too much text is a reason for people to leave your page...people don't read paragraphs, they scan text... so breaking it up into smaller chunks will help people absorb it better.
- I would add some spacing to the "learn more" buttons - they feel really compressed right now!
- Adding an accent color and more images will help things visually.
- Add client testimonials
- Add a call to action button at the top navigation
- On the Contact form, some words start with an upper case letter and some words start with a lower case letter.

That's a good starting point... let me know if you have questions about anything or would like more feedback 🙂
