Can you add any payment processor or is there a 3rd party payment processor programme, as I want to use my own payment processor?

You cannot connect a third party payment provider like Gravity to Squarespace Commerce. It simply isn't possible because payment APIs cannot be integrated with Squarespace. Did this help? Please
