hugio55
I am working for a startup that's creating an experimental in-depth webapp. A task of mine is to facilitate the creation of an online user manual for the product. In essence, the user manual website is a single page that has a left column (with topics) and a right column (with content regarding said topics). This style of online user manual is pretty common. Below is a spot-on example of what we are trying to build: https://help.maxon.net/c4d/en-us/#html/5426.html?TocPath=Views%20and%20Viewports%7C_____0 We are attempting to build this on Squarespace so that the designer can go in and have a user-friendly interface to fill in all the content (images, text, graphs and gifs). Constant tweaking would be needed, which is why we can't have the designer be constantly going through our developer for each change, etc. SS support chat has directed me here and I am hopeful perhaps someone has an idea as to how to achieve this style of site. It is a fairly unique build - as far as these prosumer-targeted website builders go, which makes the amount of information out there on how to do it very limited. Thanks in advance for any and all help given. Ben Link to comment
tuanphan
I guess we can use CSS to make header float left of site, and right is page content. And header will contain navigation links only, we will use CSS to remove logo, button,... What do you think? Email me if you have need any help (free, of course.). Answer within 24 hours. Or send to forum message Contact Customer Care - Learn CSS - Buy me a coffee (thank you!) Link to comment
