Acuity feels neglected in the Squarespace ecosystem.

Just pointing out that the silence, unanswered questions in this forum, and general lack of discussion, support, and development of Acuity stings, especially as a small business owner/operator who's been with Squarespace for over a decade.

It seems so.. I'm currently considering moving to a different service after seeing so many zero answer questions here

I've been looking for alternatives, too. I haven't found anything yet that would make the upheaval of migrating worth it unless I switch to Wordpress, and even then, it takes combing a scheduling and few extensions to get the job done. I've been with Squarespace for more than 10 years for my own businesses, so I'm not in a hurry to jump ship. It's not only the Acuity space in the forum that's disheartening, but the conversations with support are lackluster and opaque at best. I've seen very little request for feedback or beta testing of product updates, and then when they do roll something out, it doesn't improve or expand existing functionality.
