lolasiebecker Posted July 16 Posted July 16 I waited on the chat interface yesterday for over EIGHT HOURS. My email is down, so of course I cannot check my email to see if I have been contacted. I registered myself as another site owner with a different email address to try to get support. My ticket was automatically closed. I asked 18 hours ago for it to be reopened. No response. Nothing in spam. Nothing at all. I am a hair away from moving all of my business to another provider, unless SOME help is offered. Anyone else treated like this??

It sounds like you may have sent an email directly to our customer support email address, which doesn't accept new, direct emails. Instead, you can reply to an open email ticket submitted through our Help Center, here: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/requests/new#choose-topic We made this change so that we can better organize and respond to the questions we receive. Learn more in our guide: How do I contact Squarespace Customer Support? If you can't receive emails at your Squarespace account email address, you can include an alternate contact email address in the ticket information and we'll cc it in our reply. Otherwise, you can submit the ticket using a private or incognito browser and select I don't have an account to skip the login screen. This way, you can enter a different contact email address that you can access.
Luiblonc Posted November 1 Posted November 1 I am in the same predicament, and they closed down counting 4-5 tickets to only give me the same redundant reply to basically try again. Seriously?? 🤣

This way, you can enter a different contact email address that you can access. *BTW, I’ve tried these steps too to use the incognito window, and SS is still not taking my payment to renew my expired domain.
