Extra space—Unable to control space below blocks in sections:

I have checked my page on the two views (desktop and mobile). I use a 27" 5k display and a Chrome window at half the screen's width when designing layouts. The mobile and laptop views are generally as expected, but I get extra white space at the bottom of each section when full screen on a larger display monitor. I cannot figure out how this is happening.

Thanks @tuanphan, I may have it solved as a workaround. Here is the site:

If I work on the site at it's full width, then at half the screen width, then at the mobile version, I can get it to work. It seems like an extra step.
