%-s in my URL

Hi 

When I go to share a blog post from my website, this is what it should look like.... 

https://www.passionfolk.com/blog/covid-campaign

But the URL looks like this: %-s-Elderly Victorians COVID-19 Booster Campaign

How do I remove the %-s?
