gallery strip slide containing video urls - videos are being cropped at the top and there is an extra black bar at the bottom

I'm using gallery strip slides on my page. I've applied rounded corners and padding that works. However, the tops of my videos seem to be cropped and there is an extra black bar beneath each video. How Can I correct this? thanks
