Z_Creative
The issue is when your DKIM CNAME record won't work and your mail service or sim. says that it doesn't match/won't verify/contains an error etc. I'm posting this only because when I was trying to solve this issue myself I couldn't find a relevant post. If your DKIM record is a CNAME record with the name format selector._domainkey.example.com (where selector is the selector of your smtp, mail service etc. and example.com is your domain) and isn't working, you need to remove the .example.com from the end of the name. (Assuming your domain is managed by squarespace) Squarespace adds this on the end of the name automatically in the backend. This had me flummoxed for quite a while. They only say this in the help section about mailchimp, zoho etc. but since they don't name mailersend, mailerlite etc. It can be hard to find this info quickly. (It may also work for Brevo, sendinblue, sendgrid, mailgun, SMTP2GO, postmark, mailtrap etc. but I'm not sure.) I hope this helps fellow tech-"un"-savvy people. Please comment below if you find another email service this knowledge is useful for so that it is searchable in the forum. b787ultra 1 Link to comment
